NXTfloor Elections
ELECTRONIC ELECTIONS FOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS

A private vote.
A public accounting.

NXTfloor Elections gives residents a clear voting experience and gives associations a defensible record—from the approved voter list through the witnessed final count.

THE PRODUCT

Not simply a digital ballot.

The service combines resident access, anonymous credentials, encrypted ballots, public receipt verification, two-person controls, offline counting, and a preserved election record. The objective is simple: no office employee, board member, or system operator should be able to secretly discard, replace, or connect an identified resident to a ballot choice.

CONTROLLED ELECTION WORKFLOW

One controlled process, start to finish.

  1. PrepareConfigure the election, candidates, seats, dates, voter list, consent, and assigned contests.
  2. WitnessTwo association-authorized representatives review and freeze the exact roster and ballot definition.
  3. VoteEach resident confirms access, receives the assigned ballot, reviews selections, and submits once.
  4. VerifyA voter-only confirmation shows that the anonymous ballot appears in the public election record. Public and association-accessible records reveal neither identity nor selections.
  5. CloseTwo association-authorized representatives close voting and preserve a sealed, identity-free ballot box.
  6. CountA witnessed offline count produces aggregate totals and a fingerprinted final record.
SECURITY & EVIDENCE

Trust is supported by records—not promises.

PRIVACY

Identity and ballot separation

The voter register may know eligibility and participation. The ballot box stores encrypted choices and randomized receipts, without resident names, emails, or unit numbers.

CONTROL

Two-person election gates

Consequential transitions require two distinct association-authorized representatives. No single administrator fills both approval positions.

INTEGRITY

Tamper-evident evidence

Hash-chained events, ballot commitments, key fingerprints, public receipts, sealed exports, and dual-steward-approved results support independent reconciliation.

RECOVERY

Recount-ready records

An identity-free sealed ballot box can be verified and counted outside the live website using a separately controlled decryption procedure.

FLORIDA READINESS

Designed around the governing requirements.

The product maps recorded system evidence to section 718.128, Florida Statutes, and Rule 61B-23.00211, Florida Administrative Code. Software does not legally approve itself: each binding election still requires association authorization, counsel-approved procedures, independent technical review, and an approved production operation.
